We were having issues with our Gmc truck.. the check engine light was coming on and off...I phoned in Machados, after high reviews on Yelp and from recomendations off social media.. I spoke with Arny and he asked me to bring it in to have it checked out.. A gentelman by the name of Tom stated he would have to keep it there for a few hours to have it diagnosed/tested as there were two error codes popping up.. I was driven back to work by another staff member. Arny called a few hours later and mentioned two items needed work and asked if I wanted to go ahead with work. I stated i would drop by with my husband after work and ask a little more info before giving them the ok.. once arriving Tom walked us out to vehicle and popped the hood. He explained with detail what was going on. He stated on first issue instead of replacing the piece he went ahead and cleaned it thourly. He tested it, and it was working properly as it should be. He believed this would do the trick(which i believe it did because I havent had an issue since). I asked a few questions and he was very thorough.. I left the vehicle overnight and picked up the next day after work was done on the remaing part.. once arriving we test drove it and the gentelman showed me the new piece that was installed.. We had a great experience with Machados as this was our first time there. They have gained a new customer. All staff members we came across were professional and had great Customer Service, which is always something I look for in a Business. We will continue using them for our vehicle repair needs and will be referring our family and friends!

I would recommend Machado's for all automotive services! I have been going to Tom and team for 15 years! I only trust my vehicles to them. They treat me like family and care about the work they do.

Tom and the team are trustworthy, friendly and reliable! After reviewing our options it was decided to replace our engine and they did a great job! Highly recommend this team anyone having vehicle issues.
