Took my car in for an appointment last week and they were backed up. They sent me home via Uber and picked me up when the car was done. Thay are always honest about the work that needs to be done and I feel they have saved me from unnessessary expense.

Deeply honest team that does business the old school, correct way. The ticky tack things dishonest dealerships use to inflate bills - they commonly give for free to polite customers. I’ve had two experiences with them - they threw something in for free both times! Great work, great prices, great employees. I highly recommend this shop.

I’ve been taking my cars to Machado’s Auto Care for nearly 15 years and they’ve always kept my cars in tip top shape. My last car, a Lexus ES300, had over 377k miles when I finally traded it away, still running. My current car, a Lexus RX350, just went over 200k miles and is purring like a kitten. Machado’s recently performed its 200k service, which allowed me to make a trouble-free 1431 mile drive to my son’s house in Texas, where I’m relocating. I wish I could take Tom and Arnie with me! I highly recommend Machado’s of Livermore, to anyone who wants excellent customer service and unmatched vehicle care.

I am a single mom and do not have resources. I drive my son round trip twice a day to San Lorenzo. My car needed service and I was very concerned about how to pay for it. Machados's went over how we should go about it and put me at ease. From the minute I walked in door it felt like I was in a home. They offered me a water, a snack, I got to see their dog, then they helped me with some other issue with my car. While talking they shared some exciting news from their lives that had just happened. I left there blessed and thinking wow you just don't meet people let alone go to businesses like that anymore. I cannot thank them enough.

Solid honest guys! Had my car looked at and it needed transmission work. They helped coordinate it with their referral and helped me with AAA. As a single woman this is so important. Did not try to scam me or make unnecessary repairs! Will never take my car anywhere else! Thank you
