"Expedient Communication" My GMC C1500 pickup needed a major tune-up (100K miles). After using Yelp to narrow my selection process to 3 local car shops, Machados Auto Care was one of the three. I elected to personally visit each organization and requested the same detailed work from each. Then I met Arnie at Machados. Arnie was thorough in gathering my information, asking questions unlike the other shops. Arnie then indicated he would provide an email with my quote. No sooner did I return home, the quote was available. The professionalism was shown in the detailed breakdown of each every step Machados was to perform. I made an appointment then and there. The scheduled appointment continued to impress, as I received calls throughout the day explaining what they were finding and status of other items I requested. Arnie answers the phone EVERYTIME I called, never once left a message. Machados Auto Care conducted itself according to the quote and provide communication to keep my in the loop. Do yourself a favor, avoid the search and simply go see Machados Auto Care immediately.

"Nice service" Service was great. Oil change was a bit more expensive than I have had at other places. Wish this place was open on Saturdays as it's hard to bring the car during the week while working in another city.

The team at Machado's Auto Care are awesome! They've been taking care of my cars for years and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. From Tom, the owner, to every single member of the staff, they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly and always go the extra mile to ensure I experience excellent customer service. I'm a Realtor and put a lot of miles on my car and I don't buy a new car every 2 years. It means a lot, to have people I can trust, keeping my cars running in top shape. I would give them 6 stars, but they only allow me 5!

Spoke with Jennie. She said she's the one who takes the vehicles in and she trusts them. They have been going there for twenty years. She has recommended five families to them. Single women can trust them not to sell them stuff they don't need.

I HIGHLY recommend Machado's Auto Care on First Street. I initially called because I had a brake light that would stay on in one of my cars. Arny was very helpful over the phone and explained a number of reasons why it could stay on. I had asked about other issues I was having with two other vehicles. Not once did he try to rush the call. He was very informative and took his time to explain the answers to many questions I had. I brought in my Surburban for a diagnostic. I met Tom, the owner and he was very helpful and explained why I had several lights that would always stay on. They topped off the brake fluid at no charge. He mentioned that the sensor in my front right tire was out as well and once I fixed that the other lights on my dash would go away. I replaced the sensor when I got my tires rotated and sure enough all the lights went away. I needed to get my son's car in to get a new fuel pump. Arny asked if I had AAA and reminded me that I could get them to tow my son's car to the shop since it was already apart of the fees I paid. They were short handed, but said they would look at the vehicle on Monday. I was in no rush. It wasn't running anyway. Tom called me as promised and let me know the diagnosis and they could have it done by Tuesday. After checking the transmission and getting an oil change done they advised that my spare tire was completely flat. They filled it up and told me bring it in next week to see if we needed to take it in to a tire shop. I stayed once after closing just chatting it up with these guys. It was like we were old friends. They have a new loyal customer. Thanks Arny and Tom for the awesome customer service and for making my experience a great one!
